We do not offer refunds on products purchased. However, if you experience a documented adverse reaction to a product, you may return it within 14 days from the date of purchase for in-spa credit. Defective products, such as those with broken pumps, can be exchanged within 14 days for the same product only.Please keep these policies in mind as you plan your treatments and purchases with us.
