Meet Marily Salls, the Founder and Master Aesthetician at CREAM Skin Studio in Tyson’s Corner, VA. With over 20 years in the aesthetics industry, Marily has had the privilege of working alongside some of the top plastic surgeons in Washington, DC. Her journey began at the young age of 23, inspired by a dear friend who introduced her to the world of aesthetics, and she has never looked back since!

As a proud single mom of two incredible boys, Marily understands the vital importance of carving out that all-important “me time.” At CREAM Skin Studio, her focus is entirely on YOU! She is dedicated to providing result-driven treatments that are tailored to meet your unique skin needs. Whether you’re dealing with acne, looking to smooth fine lines and wrinkles, addressing pigmentation, or simply wanting to feel refreshed and fabulous, Marily is here for you every step of the way.

Meet Our Medical Director

Our Medical Director, Jacqueline, is a Family Nurse Practitioner specializing in medical, aesthetic, and integrative dermatology. She completed her Nurse Practitioner program at James Madison University and later became certified in Holistic and Integrative Health at the University of New Hampshire. She prides herself in providing exceptional patient care and education, building trusting patient-provider relationships, and ensuring every patient feels valued and heard. Jacqueline promotes overall health and self-care while helping patients achieve optimal skin health to enhance natural beauty.

I have been receiving facials and customized skin care from Marily Salls for over 5 years. She has completely transformed my skin from dry, flaky and hyper pigmented to smooth and flawless. Marily is amazing! Being a high-pigmented black women who often struggles with scarring and dark spots from pimples, I was very happy to have found an aesthetician who is experienced on how to care for my dark skin.
